Once that is done, I still don't see much sign of Bluetooth, but if I go into the settings airplane mode, I can see the option to turn Bluetooth on/off (although it is greyed out). The setup.exe won't run because of compatibility, but I can run win64\inst.exe which runs OK and seems to install. When I download and run that, it extracts to c:\drivers\TPBTooth. I did find a Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 driver for Windows 10 though. So on the Lenovo website for the T420, it says to use the inbox driver for Windows 8 (and nothing listed for Windows 10). I was a bit confused as to whether to use Intel or Broadcom Bluetooth drivers, but it looks like Broadcom.
